What's wrong with Nuclear power? I love that, I love the fact that merely being over 50 makes me, by default, wise. I'm very pro-science and technology, I'm not an organic vegan who thinks we should live in a pre industrial fantasy. However, there are some major problems with nuclear power. They can go wrong, and when they do, they go really wrong. Now I agree the technology has improved, they are less likely to fail, and thank heavens for that, but the dangers are huge, and what about the waste

More RED DWARF? I think you were right. I recently saw (travelled to 2010 & just came back to tell you) Dave Lister looking no longer young & youthful. I don't know why but I don't like him looking so old. He's no longer seems stupid, funny & accident prone. You can't be when you're like me, an old NSWelshman.

You're right about the patents. The oil companies owned the battery patents for the GM EV1 electric car and refused to licence it to GM anymore. They also own a lot of shares in GM and other car companies too. This is why the highly efficient EV1 was recalled and crushed! People were recharching their EV1's from various solar power technologies too.

By the way, it is an electric universe. Go to holoscience with a dot and a com on the end for the facts.

yes. i won't go for blu ray, because they said that lazerdiscs, minidiscs and audio dvds would catch on. fok want conveniance, and more then aparent slightly better quality for vast sums of money

I think we sould get defences cracking to stop that Meteor hitting the earth. ..the Threat of that one day will make all earths problems very small..and confession boxes all of a sudden very full.

I will blame Clarkson for it.
