@juicyarlene it depends on where you get it done. I think most place the youngest is 12.Im 12 and I want it done really really bad,but my parents aren't letting me(for now).

I got mine done two days ago . Mine didn't bleed at all , but my eyes wouldn't stop squinting , I think it was my mascara haha.
But I cant have it for work so I have to get a clear one to put in each weekend .
