Sad that I work for John J. McGwire in McGwire's Fitness in Ontario, CA...he being 1 of my bestfriends I know the truth about Mark. Never judge a book by it's cover people & know what steroids require which is double the excercise & it'll throw off Mark's swing. If he had been using from the 80s its a fact he wouldve been bigger than 230lbs, which he went past that greatly not until late 90s. Get Jay(Little Mac's) book "Mark & Me" to the truth from his own blood who defends Mark & blames himself

Baaaaaaaaaaahhhh, sheep. McGwire cheats, claims it was for "health" reasons, breaks records, and steals your money. And now, this organization brings him back to coach? The only truthful people are Canseco and his brother. McGwire crapped on every great that ever played the game, especially the Cardinal greats (The Man, Red, Lou, Whitey, Dizzy, Ducky, Rogers, and on and on). Keep drinking the cool-aid you sheep. Baaaaaaaaaahh.
