http://tinyurl.com/6kj5m7 You'll always find wonton wrappers in the refrigerator section of an Asian shop. You can buy them in half or 1kg bags. Making sure they are kept in the fridge when you get them home. And take them out about 15 mins before you use them, so it will be easier to handle. If you don't use the lot for one meal keep any leftovers sealed and in the fridge it should keep for a couple of days.
Be sure to have clean hands beforehand!
Now comes the fun part, you will need a bit of practice with making them. Try to flow and not be too rigid. It's important to get this part right otherwise the mince would fall out during cooking. It is important to use water to make sure it sticks properly, so if they don't look quite right, it'll still stay together and you can still enjoy your uniquely shaped won tons ;)
