~RECIPE~
Ingredients:
- Chokos
- Capsicum
- Carrot
- Cauliflower
- Broccoli
- 400 grams of Chicken breast
- 250 grams of Prawn
- Snow Peas
- Bean sprout
- Olive oil
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Rice
What you will need:
- A frying pan
- A chopping board
- A chefs knife
- A spatula
How to cook:
1. Cook the rice
2. Peel off the edges of the snow peas
3. Then, peel and slice the carrot
4. Dice the capsicum
5. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces
6. Repeat the step with broccoli
7. Place ingredients into a strainer
8. Cut the chokoes into quarters
9. Slice the chicken breast
10. Peel and Dice the onion
11. Split the garlic into cloves
12. clean and rinse the ingredients in a strainer
13. Place a pan and put the stove to medium heat.
14. Put 2 teaspoons of olive oil
15. Next place the cloves of garlic
16. Once brown, safely take them out.
17. Next put in the onion and chicken breast strips
18. Then place the prawns
19. After, put in the chokoes
20. Once chokoes are almost cooked, place in carrots
21. Put in the cauliflower, broccoli and snow peas
22. Put in 3-4 teaspoons of oyster sauce
23. Put in 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
24. Mix and stir.
Now it is ready to serve.
Place on the table along with the rice.
