@SuperJustin1028 It IS more challenging...As for better, always looking for ways to increase the challenge IS better. Once sit-ups become easy, look to move on to greater challenges, like knees to elbows or GH sit-ups...both of which are in our video vault. Do well...

@TalkableMuffin Its so funny that you ask this. Just yesterday we were talking about guys with self-esteem so low that the only sexual relationship they have (outside of their mother) is with their computer.
The consensus was small, dysfunctional dicks make people this way...Is that true?

FULL SIT UPS -VERY BAD ADVICE - there are much better alternatives which are just as effective and less damaging to the spine.
If you keep bending an object back and forth it will weaken and/or break.

@freewave32 Maybe in YOUR self-centered world BUT not in the REAL world. You wrote" If you keep bending blah blah blah". Firstly, the spine is DESIGNED to bend ;-) Secondly, IF the ONLY thing you did was full sit-ups, that would explain your limited view on this exercise...it's AN exercise...As a beginner exercise for OUR Transformation Challenge, its terrific. But eventually, they go on to GH Sit Ups, which would make someone "like you" cry...cause it involves MORE bending LMAO
