Flashing CM7 Gingerbread 2.3.3 to LG Optimus One P500

This is how to install(flash) MikOS's CM7 Gingerbread 2.3.3 to LG Optimus One P500, or any other rom on any other device running Android

Current bugs of the beta2:
1. GPS not working, cannot lock on any satellites.
2. the blackscreen after a call is related to the proximity sensor, if you wave your finger on in, the screen goes on again.
3. The widgets are not appearing in the widget panel.
4. the accelerometer is very laggy, aTilt & Labyrinth impossible to play, and in normal use I have to shake the phone around 5 seconds for the screen to turn to landscape and portrait.
5. the big battery drain is only on "mobile data". I had my phone set to 2g, no wifi, CPU set to "powersave", no mobile data and no sync over the night. In 12 hours it drained 1%.

Beta 3.1 is out:
All bugs have been fixed except the widget problem (can be workaround if installing widgets in phone memory)
EDIT: gps is still bugged. works ok until the 2nd reboot

If you are still using froyo, then turn off the device and press an hold Home, Volume Up and Power Button in this order until it enters the recovery console. (Note: if it enters the emergency mode, the turn off, and do the exact same sequence but press the Volume Down buttorn, not the Volume Up, on some phones it's vice versa
