This summer i and my friends were at the Palanga city. We stoped at the little house of very pleasant granny :)) I had my camera and made few shots of what i saw there. Check it out!

I used: HV30 + DIY 35mm adapter + color correction with AE(tried to achieve filmlook)

original music is: "Eels - Things The Grandchildren Should Know".
Due to UMG licensing, this video is swapped with random youtube track.
video with original music is placed here: http://vimeo.com/5434953

  • Please how did you achieve the film look in AE? Filters? Looks incredible!

  • @NguyenFilms hey , try to add more green/yellow colors or "photo filter" with after effects. No external plugins were used here, only effect called "photo filter". Have a good time mate!

  • @john2555 The original footage was 1080 or 720 ?

  • @MrCrgl hey, bigger piece of video was slowed down to 80% of actual speed. Thanks.

  • @john2555 oh, great. My camera only have 30p. You obviously slowed down your footage. How slow ?

  • thanks!

  • it was made by jetsetmodels instructions(write jetsetmodels at google and you will find the web page)

    total cost with lenses ~350$

    without lenses ~200

  • what technique did you use to make the adapter, and how much did the total project cost?
