Hi I read some reviews on ear plugs online before I bought one. And on Amazon, the Moldex Pura-Fit 6800 had 18 reviews of 5 stars ratings. I totally bought into it. I bought them. The whole box came in with 200 pairs. I used one and it made almost no difference to my hearing. I live in a noisy city. Traffic is 24/7. What kind of ear plug would you suggest? Or maybe even expensive ones. I am for a good quality over quantity.

tinnitus sucks, wear protection people! I wish i wouldve worn earplugs but too late for that now =/ all i can do is wear protection to prevent it from getting worse fml
