URL Schemes is a feature of iOS and Android, and supported by ADF Mobile, that allows applications to call each other on the mobile device and pass values. If you've ever launched say Google Maps or LinkedIn or Evernote from another mobile app, behind the covers it's the URL Scheme feature at play. In this ADF Insider Essentials recording Chris Muir takes you through the basics of understanding URL Schemes, then how to make use of them to call other apps, and even register your own app's custom URL Scheme so other applications can call it.
