Funny how they are geophysicists, geologists, astronomers, etc. but no climatologists, as in people who study climate. It doesn't matter whether they got 20 Ph.Ds in every science. A denier is a denier. Simple as that. Obama said it best. Lipstick on a pig, it is still a pig.

America turned stupid 8 years ago when people like you elected George Bush and four years later elected him again. I spent the last 8 years trying to fathom how people in my beloved country could elect such an evil and stupid man and follow him like sheep as though he would lead you to the promised land. You are just mad that America has woken up and elected a real leader. Now you have to live in reality again and you don't sound happy. Kick and scream all you want but America is smarting up.

There are several respected scientific organizations and scientists saying CO2 does cause global warming. No one denies the sun affects climate.

CO2 is a basic component necesarry for life? No, really? I guess that means it doesn't trap heat like the scientists say.

You still haven't answered my questions. Which is the more acceptable risk? How can you be so certian that you are right, given the high stakes? Why aren't you as skeptical of the economic doomsayers?

There is no man made global warming, it is a made up story, a hoax, a mathematical scenario created by mad scientists and these does not include others variables such as sun's activity. CO2 does not cause global warming ...only nutjobs believe this. This is a HOAX. CO2 is a basic component of the atmosphere necessary for life of plants.

I'll say it again, as a Chemical engineer, I've come to understand chemical processes and environmental processes, nitrogen cycle, Carbon cycle..CO2 is never a pollutant and it is not causing any global warming. In fact, we are now experiencing the coolest winter around the world. These idiot politicians like Al Gore and Obama are picking this up to make money out of CO2 control. CO2 is necessary for plants to survive in the photosynthesis cycle, producing oxygen.

There have been numerous studies, and we could each cite scientists--and studies--all day.

Which is the more acceptable risk? The risk of taking action, or of not taking action?

Are you just as skeptical of an economic doomsayer who warns against taking action, as you are of an environmental one? Or do you just look for information that supports what you want to believe?

The United Nations is picking up on the CO2 emissions Kyoto protocol, and claimed the US needs to pay them over billions. Why is America turning stupid now???

killingthyme, there is now a group of scientists such as Geophysicists, Geologists, Astronomists etc..contradicted the claim about global warming and climate change hoax. Climate was never constant anywhere, why did they say including stupid Obama that there is global warming and climate change. In fact, there is global cooling now and it is a cycle. Their study was flawed and is based on mathematical scenarios/prediction. Politicians picked up on this to make money on the public.
