@brainwasher3000 Just because they're not japanese doesn't mean it's not cosplay. :) Cosplay, literally means 'Costume Play', so anyone and everyone can do it. I'm japanese and korean, and I cosplay as characters from American shows as well.

um... im not trying to be mean, but they don't look anything like ouran high school host club... and their voices aren't the same.... i know nobody is perfect, but its not cosplay if a bunch of non japanese people start wearing outfits that make them look ugly... no offense... i'll bet you this will get thumbs down
