Unfortunately, this fellow make a simple calculation mistake... He claimed that 70% of 32,000 malay voters will win the seat, let's see:

Total voter: 49,750

To ensure winning the seat: 49,750 x 50% = 24,875 votes

Malay voter: 32,000...

70% of Malay vote: 32,000 x 70% = 22,400 votes

Different: 22,400 - 24,875 = -2,475 votes @_@...
