@SniperKyle89 I don't think I would have any of the skills I have today without being spotted lol Spotting allows the gymnast to feel the correct technique allowing them to progress faster if enough attention is drawn to that feeling....I dunno if that makes any sense or not? Also I think that dependency on a spotter is a symptom of a larger sport psycology problem - not a result of being spotted.

yeah, im with sniper. this girl isnt ready to do a tsuke at all. gymnasts need to learn to figure out skills on their own with a single spot WHEN THEYRE READY and this girl clearly isnt
