How much do you think you can know about a person you just met? I decided to go to Manhattan and ask people whom I didn't know if they'd be willing to allow me to describe their personalities to them and to record this so that you could watch.
I discovered some friendly and interesting people at a Farmer's Market in the East Village and ended up spending the day there. I had good conversations, and the atmosphere of the market was quite welcoming; I really felt like I was part of the community.

  • I'm a 4w5 too. It's cool to see how she opened up to you when you took the time to discuss her feelings without judging. That's really all it takes.

  • @aelishaful Thanks for your comment here, Aelisha! Very true. It definitely is all it takes.

  • i don't know, jonathan. this girl seems to have too much warmth and haze to be a 4. there are many 9s that do creative things.

  • @tmacguyver It's completely true that many 9s do creative things. However, this girl resonated with the description of 4. There are certainly similarities and overlap between 9s & 4s, but it all comes down to the basic motivations & the way people are inclined to experience stress. 4s hold onto feelings--pos. or neg.--replaying events that bring about strong feelings in them. 9s dissociate from neg. feelings (esp. anger). 4s primarily want to be uniquely significant; 9s primarily want peace.

  • She totally has 4 body language.

  • @bluemamie Very true.

  • Hey Jonathan,

I don't see any videos with type 8. You should type them. You wouldn't even need those preliminary questions to spot them!

    What type are you?

  • @tmacguyver

    4's are warm...
