Ta sara za ma sara ta ay, by Sahar Afarin - Pashto

Sahar Afarin is a new rising star in Afghanistan, dubbed as Lata Mangeshkar of Afghanistan. She was raised in Peshawar, Pakistan and was recently moved back to Afghanistan to perform at this show in Kabul, where she stunned everybody with her serene voice and beautiful personality.

I originally thought she was a Tajik or Non Pashtun Afghan, largely due to her videos on Youtube that claimed she is a Tajik of Afghanistan and well, she sang the Persian songs only in those videos along with a couple of Lata's hindi songs, but then I came across with her this video, a Pashto song, perfectly sang in a perfect Pashto accent. So I decided to upload it as my channel is particularly created to appreciate and promote Pashto.

Though I am confused, whether she is a Tajik as claimed in her other videos on Youtube or if she is a Pashtun?

Oh well, I guess I let you all use your imaginations and enjoy this brilliant piece of artistic skill from an ever serene voice, ladies and gentlemen, Sahar Afarin.

damn what a VOICE! what a compose and what a great poem...

i think the title of this song is, ta sara ZAAN, ma sara te yee. i think she forgot the N of zaan lol, but if u listen to the rest of the song, its all about "Te" ( heela. hope, longin) So you have your self, and i have you.

This if going to be my favorite song for the coming few months. mann what a grreaat song, i listened it more then 10 times already.
