  • If you want suggar, your body wants vitamins in reality, because in nature sweet stuff is always full of vitamins (fruits), that's how we can recognice them, but in todays world it is not like this anymore. That's also a reason why our body makes us to "addics" towards sweet food. Next time maybe just eat a fruit? :D

i like your videos very much. sometimes i fell bad and iwatch your videos to received hope.

you are the idol of aspergers.PS sorry for my bad english

  • Thank you so much!

  • I have gluten issues as well . I sometimes backslide and suffer , but I'm deciding to make healthier choices from now on . I find juicing gives me tremendous benefits . Also a 36 hour water fast can clear up my emotional disturbances as well as my skin . I'm absolutely sure I felt better when I went completely vegan for 8 months . I am now going back to the veggie diet , but some people do OK with meat . Glad this diet is working for you !

  • Thanks for posting these videos. My son has Aspergers also. I noticed that you have not posted in a year. I am wondering how your GFCF diet is going and how you are feeling after working with it for 2 years? Is there anyway you could post a new video and wrap up from these videos to give a us a now view of how you feel and what have been the biggest challenges and advantages for you? Again, thank you for your openness and candidness in your videos.

  • how did you get over sugar, I took 2 test and seems I am high funtioning, which I suspected after researching after I found out my son had autism. I was raised off sugar and find it impossible not to eat.

  • Congrats! Sounds like you have improved a lot. Mike at Gluten Free Diet Blogs

  • Would vitamin D help? Vitamin D helps prevent insulin resistance, and it is in the pancreaus. Vitamin D may help remove allergies. The problem with allergies, is everytime another allergy food comes along you will just be ill again, unless you go on some paleolithic diet to take out all grains, sugars, but if your gut is not functioning right or the pancreaus is not producing enough enzymes, or the casein is causing a leaky gut and harming your pancreaus, how can this be resolved? Cause? vit D?

  • You're perfect dude ;) Messy or cleaned up!
