I also did this without killing those 2 stalkers, and didnt get the achievement.. gonna try now.. will post in a bit how it went.

This must be on easy...on normal or harder the stalkers destroy the energy orbs much quicker!

Ok so Im back. I just loaded an old saved game and re-did this. One thing i noticed is that if you take the energy balls and throw em around too carelessly in the room with the stalkers, u might kill them without knowing. Especially if you are trying to do the 5-kills-1-ball-achievement with the soldiers. 100% achievements done now. Off to HL2 "Lambda Locator" :S
