Yeah, they need to put scopes w/ drop compensation on it, like the 10x Unertl on the M40A1. That way, you dial in the range and the scope will zero the crosshairs onto where that particular caliber of bullet will go at that distance.

but there should have been the ELEVATION MODIFIER on the SCOPE that d be more realistic rather than aiminn high up and prayinf for the shot to take a hit...

Bullet Drop, in real life the bullet is affected by gravity. So over longer distances the bullet drops more. That why I was aiming above them.
