http://go.tagjag.com/7 - With the advent of Windows 7 going public, I opened the phone lines up. People called in to talk about anything and everything related to Windows 7. Danny Minick is a long-time member of our community, and now apparently has a new job working at his local Best Buy. During this particular call, I asked him what the buzz is around the store. http://twitter.com/chrispirillo - http://chris.pirillo.com

  • I still use windows XP. My pc is only 2 months old but I still see no reason to switch. Porn, Youtube, and Counterstrike really doesn't demand much.

  • Mac users = people with no life surfing the internet for conspiracy theories.

Linux users = modern day hippies that belong in the 60's that think everything should be free.

    Windows users = everyone else.

  • @jruddock

idk man, I think we need to hear that again!

  • @euvi85 I'm using outdated computers that are ironically working better than any Windows 7 and windows Vista machine I've personally seen. Windows 7 is still windows. A name change doesn't make it a completely different operating system. It's still windows.

  • Who is the phone call sponsored by again?

  • @jokerarayko If you can't use them natively then try wine. If those don't run under wine then there is probably some equivalent that is just as good, or better (Open Office = Free Microsoft office. And it is compatible with microsoft office documents.)

  • @Chintendoeddman I like Linux. My only problem with it is that I can't use 3/4 of all the programs that I use everyday.

  • @FrozenEclipse You have obviously never used any of those. Stop singling out users. Each OS has it's strengths and weaknesses. And I would pay for Ubuntu if it wasn't free.

  • @FrozenEclipse u r a genius! high five!
