and dragonflies are the best exercise for the lower abs, i do dragonflies well grabbing the bottom of my couch and then i just do regular situps on a decline bench with a 25lb plate BEHIND MY NECK or a 45lb plate on top of my chest depending on if i did traps that day, or ill use a dumbell and do pull overs to isolate stress into certain parts of the abs but mostly a plate works better.
