  • and dragonflies are the best exercise for the lower abs, i do dragonflies well grabbing the bottom of my couch and then i just do regular situps on a decline bench with a 25lb plate BEHIND MY NECK or a 45lb plate on top of my chest depending on if i did traps that day, or ill use a dumbell and do pull overs to isolate stress into certain parts of the abs but mostly a plate works better.

  • the truth is, all you need is the decline bench

  • no youll over train use a cinder block or a milk jug full of water for side bends.

  • what if you dont have acces to all this equipment, do you have to do every single excersise, this would take hours

  • i love this system

  • put her in your gym and you'll get more hernia cases.
