Great works!
I've just 'sudo yum -y update'd from fedora 11 to 12 successfully =) Btw, your COOL lesson drives me to buy a fine tablet device which is not seriously required for my life! LoL Thanks for sharing this nice video. xD

@Lazureus Ubuntu prety much auto-enables Compiz, that's where youg et your effects from :) In fedora, I think you have to download it.

Thanks a lot for this! I've been running ubuntu on my thinkpad x60t, but Fedora looks leaner somehow, and some of these programs look extremely interesting. I'll give it a try!

This is a wonderful video. :)
May I ask which tablet you're using? I've been wanting to buy one for quite a while, but am not sure which ones work with Fedora.

It's a Lenovo x61 tablet.

Question. In Ubuntu 9.10, once I install the video driver, desktop composition was enabled and there's shadows around the windows and things faded when opened/closed.
Does Fedora not have that? I noticed your windows behave like there's no composition or no graphics acceleration support? Is that because Fedora doesn't have it?
Nice videos, though. :) Nice job! You seem to be good at art, I like designing things in Photoshop with my Wacom Intuos3 :)

In Fedora effects are not enabled by default. You explicitly enable them from the preferences menu. User feedback indicated that enabling the effects by default was not desirable.
Thanks for the nice comments on my artwork. You should migrate from Photoshop to Gimp; Gimp is free software and it works great.
