Moroccan cuisine adopted in Tharu Flavor of Western Nepal (Bardiya). Assisted by my brother-in-law Mr. Subodh Satyal, the background of the video has Tharu song, not to be mistaken as any regional song of India.
The dish was yummy... and would appreciate if you could try and leave feedback...
Challo is Chicken in Western Nepalese language and Bardiya is one of the Western Nepalese district.

  • @sousoukitchen I've given due credit to your recipe mentioning it as Moroccan Recipe in the title. It has been adopted using spices of my country. It tasted great. I hope this will also increase awareness on Morocco in my country. Cheers!!!
