Clips like this blow my mind today, because it was so bad to look at, but it's great to see now! It tells you why they needed Gloria Monty! the woman on the phone was the original Monica, being married to Jeff...Wow!

Yes, that's the original Heather, but I forgot the actress name who originated the role. I do know that the second Heather was played by Mary O'Brien and the third one of course who made the character even more popular in the early 80's was Robin Mattson.
