shortlisted competition entry by Alex Calverley.
"It was filmed entirely on Wednesday 4th November, ans was designed to document the many things that happen in my department, and to the people in it on that day. The first half is an introduction to the 3 main buildings that make up the Institute of astronomy and what they contain. The second half focuses on the great variety of events from morning coffee, to bread and cheese lunch, to a Martin Rees lecture, and finally with public observing."
Excellent stuff, Alex.
