Mosaic Whispers "Sailor's Prayer" (2009)

Mosaic Whispers, Washington University in St. Louis' oldest co-ed a cappella group, performs Sailors Prayer, their alumni song, at their annual concert, Splash of Color, in February 2009, celebrating their 18th birthday with a slew of alumni.

Mosaic Whispers has appeared on 6 national compilations in recent years, including BOCA, Voices Only, and Ben Fold's upcoming a cappella compilation "Ben Folds Presents: University A Cappella." The group has also appeared, and placed, at numerous ICCA competitions. The group tours and records extensively, and has released 8 studio albums to date. More info at www.mosaicwhispers.com.

You guys are the best...back in the day, we used to sing this song on our ship. One of me mates was killed on the USS Cole...every year, I look at this and lift a glass to my friend...it gets you...makes tears. Thank you!
