USA PATRIOT ACT: Keep or Ditch?

My government class recently had a debate on whether or not the USA PATRIOT ACT was constitutional--and whether or not it should be removed. This video is long so it's broken up into 2 parts so you'll need to go to Part 2 to enjoy its entirety. I'll post a link to part 2 here once it's uploaded.

Dear Government: I am obsessed with the SI units system. I am interested in taking over the U.S. and creating a totalitarian dictatorship where I would require all food label calories to be reported in kilojoules instead, and where mileposts will become kilometerposts. I also want to rename 2 liter pop bottles as 0.002cubic meter bottles and force temperatures to be in neither Farenheit nor Celsius but Kelvins. well, the rule of thumb for terrorists:

As long as the U.S. do something like the patriot act, the terrorists will not plan any successful attack; but if the U.S. goes back to the relaxed, comfortable, non-paranoid and trusting state, the terrorists will strike again.
