i have never heard such hypcracy in my life. cafcas side with the sociopathic mother who has a history of denegrating ex partners,abandoning first child,and is turning my child against me,while not listening to a word i say.Derby family court,systematic child abusers

What lies to allow corporate child snatching..the papers actually state we are here to represent your child but reserve the right to decide for the child which they do in nearly every case..At the moment it is a charter against women and the Father must get access and any evidence you may have against a father violence threats to kill your child or otherwise will be ignored..If you as a mother try to be motherly and protect the child you are called overprotective and the child will be taken away

we wont have a secure safe system until we elliminate the religous child abusers that work in it. i was in social care where i was used by foster parents as a servant and punished for not getting dishes spotless or doing the work fast enough. i did meet one girl who later admitted lying about rape, shes heavily involved in prostitution and drugs, is catholic and got a job in the childrens team of social services through the back door by supporting the child abusive church! question everything!

@childrenslegal So a parent got the CAFCASS pack and sent it to their children during a contact session. The Contact workers took the packs from the children and have never returned them. The CAFCASS FAC denied that the children should have the packs as 'they won't understand them' - the same children who recorded their own 'removal' on audio and video and trapped the FAC into a video recorded cross examination about whether FAC can arrange for a child to see the judge. Mmmm.

@justphil101 Justphil101, thank you so very much. So many of the people commenting on this video are bitching and whining about how kids today don't respect parents enough, and they're making it sound like the children WANT CPS to take them away. We should keep in mind that 20% of the time the children really DO need to be taken away, (that 20% deserves HOMES not CELLS) the other 80% of the time its usually an adult or a corrupt CPS agent who gets them taken away from a loving home.

Um this is about children being restrained, female teenage foster kids being cavity searched 3 times a day by male "staff members" while being restrained, which is LITERAL rape. Children are having their heads bashed into a tile floor until they piss and shit themself because they "talked back".
So please stop bitching and whining about parents not getting enough respect. This is about little ones getting raped and killed, not grown folks "not getting enough respect".

Children are getting taken away because of evil adults, not because of children making things up the way the idiots on this video are commenting. @CPSSucks Actually that's not true. They don't talk to children at all. You said "they talk to children without proof of abuse..."
Actually that's not true. Children who actually ARE being abused will call CPS and be told that they "can not investigate reports from a minor" so I don't know where you're getting that from.
The problem isn't that they "talk to children without proof of abuse" the problem is that they take children away without proof of abuse or because of spankings/skinned knees

How old are the children?
At age 12 years, they're Gillick Competent. If they're Gillick Competent they can fill in the forms and express their own opinions.
CAFCASS will generally ignore your MP - so contact him AND John Hemming MP to see if you can have a petition to the House of Commons made about the incident. Parliamentary privilege trumps judicial secrecy
CAFCASS routinely ignore the wishes of the children.
Even though they're paid to ensure the childs wishes are heard.
