Walking Spanish, Southbound cover, Jordan Electric Violin

Southbound, performed by Walking Spanish at Carnaval, San Francisco, 5/30/10.
The violin is a 7-string John Jordan electric, jordanmusic.com. I played through a just-bought GT-500 boost/distortion and a delay pedal and finally found the sound I wanted. Being solid-body, the Jordan can be played through all sorts of interesting effects, as well as having a beautiful clean sound when played straight. I use a Bose L1M2 as a personal monitor with direct out. The weather, equipment, everything felt good that day.
