I love the strength and the khul-ke singing of Shubha Mudgal. Not a trace of falsetto and I love it. She has gotten a lot of unfair negativity because she left the Mudgals of Gandharve Maha Vidyalaya as they were against her experimenting with contemporary music.
How can any genuinely creative person be BARRED from experimentation??? That is the SOUL of creativity and only this ensures that any creative medium stays alive and relevant regardless of the degree of success achieved.

shubha Mudgal is EXTREMELY ORDINARY singer ... she has many LIMITATIONS... MAY BE she got publicity because of her good marketing skills... there are many more talented young artists than her...
