What is the tuning? I had my guitar in standard tuning and this didnt sound right at all? What am I missing?

@tpricejr89 your going to want to tune your guitar a half step down. So it should be D#, G#, C#, F#, A#, D#. Let me know if you need more help!

I dont really know what the names of the chords actually are but here is the basic layout from the low E to the high e string in that direction and order:

E- 022400 A- 002400 C#M7- 042400 Bsus- 042200

@jacobboyd06 Good song interpetation. I really like these chords and they are similar to the ones I've already learned in the last year so thank you. What exact key is this? Also, what is the chord progression using downs and ups? And what other song do you think goes well with this song (say if you were preforming)?
