Orange County, Indiana is under a state of emergency after receiving up to seven inches of rain in a 36-hour period. Major flooding is expected over the next few days for many southern Indiana rivers in the area. (March 20)
I went thru it too - 6 feet deep inside house. Just so you know, Shaefer Dam held. The water was higher than the dam, overflowed, and took out the road below. There are 2 videos here showing it. That water goes into Duck Creek, and dissipated before it reached Jewell Village.
The Columbus flood came from north of Clifford, a different watershed than Hope, and into to town on Haw Creek - thru Clifford, into Candelight and Arrowood, then to the Hospital and surrounding homes.
wtf is that supposed to mean?! are you saying that those ppl who were on the rooftops should have died? isn't it a country's job to take care of its citizens? what kind of sick person finds joy in others' sufferance? sick, sick bastard. you're lucky your house wasn't submerged under 12ft of water.
btw, why shouldn't they call for gov't support? it was the government's poor excuse for levees that inundated the city in the first place.
try learning about these things before you make fun of them.
Na, that's not really funny. I live in Southern Indiana and it's really bad here. It would be beyond horrible for things to get that far. You are both pure fucking punk bitches.
