@SuperKingNova Crunches will just make your abdominal muscles bigger which will make yer belly stick out more. What you wanna do is try and burn more calories than you intake. Try long distance running or High intensity workouts and dieting. These suck yes but there sadly the only way. (I lost 70 kilograms this way) It's hard but worth it.

To be fair, it seems like most of you guys are picking at reasons to hate this video. After all, most people whom are looking for a quick fix would be skeptical, especially when the hard truth is that you actually have to invest time (and money, in this case) into looking good.
Part of the review should be about putting it together, after all, you'd soon whine if you bought it and it was a mission to fix up. He also said he had been on it for around 9.5 minutes.

Just trying to work out whether you were paid to make this review? It seems to me that youtube (emphasis on "you") should be the domain of all the little people telling it to each other straight so as to keep the big guys accountable. I have just come from Amazon where every reviewer seemed to say the same thing.. nice idea but it breaks really easily.
