If youre a Christian then Good & Evil are defined by the Bible, hence the Bible being God's Word cannot be Evil.

If you are an atheist then everything is just one big random event with no meaning, there is no such thing as Evil, so the Bible cannot be Evil from an atheists POV.

If youre of a different religion then the Bible is your opposition & ofcourse you would think it is evil.

To be completely honest I think Mr. Anderson and Fred Phelps, et. al. actually are 100% correct in their understanding of what the Bible teaches. It just goes to show you how evil the Bible is.
