I was asked by my boss to do a video about my daily routine. I was supposed to get some help but there wasn't enough staff. So I did what I always do: I wrote, shot, and edited the video myself...in less than 7 hours.

Very nice work, Joe. Both this and your standup reel from 2008. Great examples of what OMB/VJ work *should* be.
One nit to pick: The credits state that it was written shot and edited by you, but how did you manage the zoom and camera movement from across the room at the editorial meeting? ;)

Read the last line of the credits. I had no time left to get those shots so I literally threw the camera in someone else's arms in the afternoon meeting and said, "shoot me, 3 shots." Got 'em and left. I know, I feel dirty.
