Nothing says summer quite like a well made rum cocktail, so today we're shaking things up with a refreshing tropical drink that will be sure to hit the spot. Although there are no paper umbrellas involved in making this one-of-a-kind drink, it does call for a unique flavored rum: BACARDI Torched Cherry.

Tip: Cucumbers are rich in silica, a mineral essential for good tissue and skin health
Tip: BACARDI® Torched Cherry flavored rum infuses Barbados cherries with Torch Plant aloe
Trick: St. Germain elderflower liqueur makes a great substitute for simple syrup in cocktails
Trick: Muddling helps break up fruit/veggies and release essential oils
Trick: For crystal clear ice, boil water first and then pour into ice trays
Technique: Twist muddler while applying gentle, downward pressure
Technique: Vigorous shaking helps give cocktails desired 20% water ratio for balance
