Registered Dietician, Molly Kimball, discusses how choosing Greek yogurt can help you decrease your sugar intake while increasing your protein. One container of Greek yogurt can have the same amount of protein as a whole chicken breast. A container of regular yogurt can have up to 32 grams of sugar -- the equivalent of eight sugar packets -- while Greek yogurt has only 7-8 grams of sugar.
