Export Processing Zones Authority EPZA is pushing to have the sub-sector allowed to sell 70 percent of its products locally. EPZA Chairman Mathenge Wanderi says the sub sector should be allowed to take advantage of the expanded markets once the East Africa common market protocol is signed later this month (November). Currently Export Processing zones are allowed to only sell only 20 percent of their products locally.
