This is not a highly detailed guide but rather the first in what will be a series of basic tips for first time or experimenting dressers. Hopefully this will be helpful to those who don't have somebody in their life to help them look their best.

  • excellent series of tips. watched them all last weekend an was inspired to bump things up. purchased 5 blade razor, quality foundation, concealer, blush, compact powder, mascara, eyelash brush, lip gloss, hot shower and two shaves.....(sigh). i still looked like a guy in makeup. everything seemed to highlight my pores and lines in my face - still very masculine look, except with blush!. my face still looks very "weathered". i'm not sure about moving further in to CD.....

  • @robrobin2k I wish I could help you more there but I honestly don't know all that much about make-up and what works for me. There's going to be alot of trial and error and some of us have faces that just don't convert as well. Honestly though if you don't have a wig already then you need one. You'd be amazed how much a female hair style can change the look of you're whole face.

  • @VeraWylde :I did and you are right! Also, Dermablend Cover Creme absolutely covers "five-o'clock shadow". I just asked the cosmetics woman and she got the correct match for my skin tone. Easy.

  • Where were you when I needed you 20 years ago? Thanks for the series of vids ... I am certain that many folks will be better informed.

  • excellent advise, thank you.

  • @RoofieOnTheRocks "Covergirl does not cover boy!" That's hilarious! Do you mind if I use that quote in one of the novels I'm writing? There's a crossdresser in the story, and I need an objective opinion and funny phrase.

  • As they say, Covergirl does not cover boy!

  • love those lashes! thanks for the vid
