I am fond of this system of bipartisanism. Without it, one would simply dominate the other. With this system, the political composition of the House, Congress, and President's seat change in a fluid manner; it is continually striving for a happy medium. This medium is only achieved with this bipartisanism. The parties rely on each other. Without Dems, the roads would fail due to lack of funds. Without Repubs, the taxes would be rise and Americas finest Corporations would fall.
