Why the fuck Bill is cutting Seth off so much, so annoying. I admire both of these people but Bill, come on man, let him speak.

YOU'RE the one making a radical statement, therefore YOU'RE the one who needs to provide evidence. link me to some science articles, video clips, anything that's credible. and no, fox news does not count.

And in case anyone else wants to assume there's no evidence, here are the links:

I don't. You can't just assert things and expect everyone to agree. When it comes to a complex subject like judicial expenditures and "flooded" courts, you need to provide numbers. Saying "OMG everyone knows" is a childish and frankly weak line of argumentation. You want evidence that mandatory recycling can be successful without destroying the economy, or the courts, check your inbox and actually read the info in the provided links. Seattle did it. New Jersey did it. And the list goes on.

OMG everyone knows the court system is flooded, I don't need evidence to say the sky is blue. And all you do is say evidence, this and that. You provide zero evidence, and you say stuff that needs to be backed by evidence, like the gov spending money would reduce the debt.

Are they? Can you refer me to a study or news article that can back that up? Some evidence would be nice.

Hiring new workers would actually help decrease the debt. Not to mention that people who recycle tend to sort their own trash. Crazy, I know. As for your paranoia about the legalities... you do realize people can already be fined for not taking out the trash properly, and the last time I checked, the court system is doing just fine. So how would replacing garbage fines with recycling fines make things any different? I think you're just being paranoid about government intervention.
