@TheWarriorScholar - Instructor Johnny Kuo is in Lancaster, which I believe is a suburb of Philly. I think its about 40 minutes. Worth the trip.

i think the elbow trap was something that the Sifu showed us just once during a workshop. I've gotten a lot of comments that some people think that's dangerous because it exposes you to the risk of getting your fingers broken by the opponent.
I'd actually love to get Alex's 21 form dvd sometime to get some more ideas about applications since he shows so many variations of each posture.

My Shidi once (or twice) caught my in a Qinna finger-bar when I pinned his elbow that way (1:15).
