MCBA Open Mic NIght: Letters from the Cross
April 23, 2010 at Kahului Baptist Church from 6:00pm to 9:30pm

We will be having an Open Mic so come prepared to sing a song or a poem. We ask that everything be Christ-centered.

How can the Gospel be applied to our daily struggles and joys? We will find that the Gospel isn't something that unsaved people need to hear to be saved. We need to preach the Gospel to ourselves because it is the only message that brings us good news when all we hear is bad news from our own hearts.

*note- The pastor at the end of the video is Pastor John Piper of Desiring God Ministries. Look him up online and on iTunes Podcasting. The first few words he says in the video is actually a quote by Martyn Lloyd-Jones.
