  • Nancy Pelosi is clueless.

  • the continued and ever-deepening division between the parties only furthers the conflicted, stagnant government; unable to accomplish anything because of eternal deadlocks. This generation of politicians seem more concerned with winning than accomplishing. Its sad and likely heralds the finality of what we once held dear.

  • GOP won the state races Big Whoop, the Democrats picked up another Federal Seat. The Federal Elected GOP are extreme Ideologues who will not Cooperate At All with the Democrats, so Fuck the GOP! The Democrats need to Enact Healthcare Reform NOW and then Make the American Economic Policy a National Security Priority, Including MICRO HIGH Terriffs with trade countries like COMMUNIST CHINA and Third World India.

  • Considering that the Repulicans controlled Both Houses of Congress how would a bill pass if none of them voted for it..."Royal Decree"? So When Clinton "wiped out the deficit"...What happened to the $55Trillion Unfunded Debt over at the Social Security Administration? Where was that? And as I said...We're done here. New Jersians have spoken. After 8 years of Democrats destroying our state's economy w/huge taxhikes and skyrocketing unemployment rates We Welcome Republican Chris Christy as Gov.!

  • @wideawake123

Fellow New Jerseyan here..you are 100% correct. Corzine messed it up.

A 32% foreclosure rate, increased sales tax, the possible dumping of the Property Tax Relief Fund.

Frank Lautenberg and his yet unpassed Senate Bill S-1237 whoch seeks to make Free Seech defenders, Constitutionalists and Gun Rights people eligible for a "watch list."

A lot more here but I only have 500 characters to do it in. I only hope Christie will DO THE JOB and DO IT RIGHT.

  • Okay - lets see. There's been one Democrat President since Reagan was in office and he wiped out the deficit - passed the debt reduction act - which every Republican voted against - and look where our country is today. Now who the hell did it? And Bush's economy was built on credit. Go look at how leveraged those banks and investment banks were. Borrowed money. The Republican economy has always been bubble & bust. Maybe you need to get an education from somewhere other than FOX news.

  • Your joking right? You bang your drum buddy. I suggest you scream at someone else, because You wore me out with one comment. Above you railed against "Bush's unemployment numbers" which averaged under 5% for 7 years. You want to blame NJ having the highest property taxes in the nation and Corzine doing away with the homestead rebates(even for senior citizens) on Bush...you be my guest. Blame Bush for California too while your at it. Our Obama, Who art in Whitehouse...Hallowed be Thy Name...

  • I ain't campaigning against Bush anything. There'a a reason why NJ and this country is where it's at today - and it's not because of Corzine or Obama. If Corzine could've cut taxes he would've. The state is what - 8 billion in the hole. And if this was about Obama - a Democrat wouldn't have picked up NY - which hasn't see a Democrat since the Civil war.

  • So then would you say all the public opinion polls are wrong too? Is Gallup, Rasmussen, Zogby, Pew...wrong too? Is there a poll anywhere GOPDOA where Obama hasn't lost approval, and gained disapproval? All his job approval poll graphs look like arrowheads...all of them. Reps. got wins in Dem. strongholds downstate which don't make news. Bluedogs are running away from Pelosi and Reid and the huge majorities the Dems hold, is wasted because of their socialist agenda in congress. It's appalling.

  • hemihead, Youre all over this forum still campaigning against Bush(like Obama did here...weak). You opened with "Youre a liar." How quaint and cheerful of you. In my lifetime the only Governors in NJ that ever reduced taxes Were Republicans. Corzine's policies and tax increases gave NJ the highest property taxes in the nation. He chased business out of the state by raising corporate taxes. There's a very long list of reasons. Obama's heavy campaigning for Corzine shows his appeal is narrowing.

  • You can't dismiss something as just Bush's fault if Obama was 100% for it? You see, it's a little something called hypocrisy...

As far as jobs lost, Obama is responsible for 3 million jobs lost since he passed his Generational Theft Act in February. He promised that unemployment would NOT go over 8%, now it's almost 10%. Was he lying or just completely wrong?
