Great Blues Music in Skalica, Slovakia once again. On the 5th of May, the 15th Jubilee concert cycle of Hudba v Meste took place on the stage of the Culture house. Our guest from Canada -- Paul Reddick, singer and harmonica player, was invited to Skalica by Lubos Bena for this fine performance. Paul Reddick was accompanied by guitarist Teddy Leopard - Canada as well as drummer Mirek Pyschny - Germany. Paul Reddick was the winner of the "Maple Leaf Blues Award Winner of 2005" for The best songwriter and The best male vocal. When hearing his voice, it reminded us of the tough voice of Bruce Springsteen. In fact, Paul Reddick convinced more then 130 listeners that he is a powerful singer and player the harmonica. The concert was great and the fans of Hudba v Meste were convinced that the music cycle is very good at all levels. The proof of that is the grand attendance and the fact that there were constantly more music - lovers of this concert from surrounding areas, Moravia and even from Bratislava.
