@RaPiDzSpEn I wouldn't be in a rush to do Ironman length. Traditional peak at that distance is 27-35 years of age. The winner the past two years? Both over 35. Build up your speed and your adaptability. Olympic, then 1/2, before going to full length. Then you'll be able to 'compete'. You don't want to walking half the run, 'surviving' -- not the same.

@TheLakemann Can you even run non-stop up the corner of your street or around your block? And don't BS me telling me you have done an Ultra-Ironman, an Ironman, or even an olympic triathlon. A true triathlete would have respect for the overall sport and its athletes.
