Even if it were possible to either bring them over before they matured or to have all of them coexist in the same ecosystem without eating each other or running away, they would still have matured in the years they spent on the Ark. And even if they had survived on the Ark without food, water or exercise, they would starve afterwards because all food would be gone or unavailable since eating another animal would wipe out the remaining specimens of a species

Actually, things DO come from nothing, all the time; virtual particles are constantly winking in and out of existence, for no reason and without a cause. It's not that we can't detect the cause, there is no cause. It's all there in quantum mechanics. The universe started as a subatomic particle, so it very well could have (had to have, actually) popped into existence without a cause.
