Strange Sucking Noise from the Sky

In Wisconsin.

This noise went on for about 5 minutes each time and abruptly stopped for a minute and started back up again. The clouds that you can't see were almost touching the roof tops and going very fast. You tell me what you think this is.

For everyone asking:
I recorded on my porch, in front of my porch is a street light and is all that I could focus on otherwise it would be complete darkness. The point of the video is the sound not the street light. And the wind chimes you hear are literally right on my shoulder but in the video are almost drowned out by the noise.

It is interesting that you mention the low clouds ,I live right next to the sea on the New Zealand west coast and have noticed that when we get very low cloud cover I can hear a deep metallic rumble that comes and goes.Sound can travel a long way when reflected off a low cloud base.Possible clue ??

I didn't think this would ever happen, but I'm guessing it's becoming reality, which is a bit scary. Looking back, I did hear a echoing long pitch flute sound every 5 secs. every night for 2-3 years back in 2008-2010, during the day and at night for 3-5hrs right outside my window, no idea where that was coming from? I remember some people looking around like I was. Maybe it was a bird, no idea still? I had recorded it once, but deleted it by accident. If anyone knows what it is, let me know.

I know there is a big hole in our atmosphere and think that could be the cause (look up pictures and videos of what it looks like today), along with UFO's who are trying to tell us something.. since I had witnessed them last year in July-Aug. 2011. These type of sounds with the clouds moving fast, I think is from our planet and how the gravitational pole is losing it's power, its becoming weak. The rest of the sounds I had seen on Youtube is part of the bible, heaven vs. hell's gates opening.
