  • i recognize the music immediately.

  • @ThomasBarryTV Such a good song...

  • How do you use the soundtrack from "Far and Away" for your background and claim revenue sharing? Did you license the music? I'm asking because finding music (without spending a lot on licensing) for video has been one of the bigger challenges for us.

  • @fishingwithrod Yeah, I just don't ever claim revenue sharing on Youtube. Would rather use cool music :)

  • @Dod3032 I guess that's one way of doing it... lol. Very nice vids lately by the way. I just ordered a slider for my T2i so I can get horizontal/vertical panning shots. For audio, are you recording directly with the mics on your H4n or are you using external XLR attachments (laveliers etc)?

  • @fishingwithrod Just the mics. Did some ADR on this one though.

  • The trailer looks really nice, Guys ... and Gal!!

Being that I'm a complete new comer to all this - what is "16 QScale" and what does it mean to have done it with the T2i?

    Thanks for sharing with us!

  • THIS IS AWESOME!!!!

  • can u tell me what render settings to use to get the video quality like this?

  • Congratulations!!! Great stuff!!!

  • @Dod3032 what SD card do you guys used to record at -16??? sandisk UHS-1 45mb/s ???

  • @Farout5150 QScale is a parameter in the magic lantern alternative firmware for canon t2i. It is supose to force de camera to record the video at a fixed bit rate. The QScale goes from -1 to -16, where -16 is the highest quality possible with canon t2i. i could record 1 second and a half with my cheap SD class 6 card and I got a ~175000kbps video bit rate
