Broome County considers Gas Drilling on County Land 2/3: The "Dimock Bonus"

"The Dimock Bonus": Broome County officials refuse public comments and engage in negotiations with foreign company on GAS DRILLING on public lands, including parks, the airport, and landfill. All of these lands are in fragile watersheds which affect people's drinking water. WATCH ALL THREE SEGMENTS!
